The Breath of Life Outreach Wrestling Camp builds a community of hard-working young men and women. With a balance of work and play, the camp consists of ranch work, weightlifting, wrestling sessions, nutrition lessons, and outdoor adventures. This experience is offered in combination with the Ignacio Wrestling camp, and attendees will need to sign up for the camp in Ignacio as well. Each evening wrestlers will be transported to the Ignacio Camp and return to the Breath of Life ranch for the night.

• Exercise Clothes (sweats, t-shirt, hoodie, wrestling shoes)

• Work Clothes (jeans, long sleeve shirt, work gloves, work shoes)

• Swim Suit

• Towel

• Sunscreen and water bottle
